This sculpture piece was designed during some of the darkest hours Police agencies have faced in decades. The Integrity, Honor, and Sacrifice of Good Men and Women who wear the badge and respect the rules and regulations of their appointed office have had to hold their heads high and face the storm and criticism from the public that doesn't understand fully the obstacles, rules. and challenges that Law Enforcement faces daily. These are the Sheepdogs that protect the herd, even when the herd doesn't understand or want the protection. The Guardian holds his head high as if asking GOD to help him protect the flock, receive guidance, and to come home safely.
